Shipping Policies

Shipping Policies

At Innovacion Natural we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as Pleasant and Care-Free as possible. We try to Process and Ship orders as quickly as possible and for that reason we ask that if there are any issues or changes you need to make to an order, that you contact us by Phone 877-592-0029 or by Email as soon as possible to be able to best assist you. By placing an order in our store you through our site or by telephone, you agree that you have read and agree to abide by the following policies. Any question regarding these policies please contact us and we would be happy to help. 

Processing Times:

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours after you've placed it, depending on order volume. If there is a situation which prevents us from keeping our processing and delivery schedules, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. Please note that we only ship packages out Monday through Friday.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on the Shipping Method you choose at checkout and general delivery estimates are as follow:

  • Free Shipping: May Take between 4-10 Days total to be delivered.
  • USPS Priority: Faster shipping in all USA and generally delivers in 2-5 Business Days.
  • Fed-Ex Ground: Fast in the West Coast, Sloweer to East Coast and is generally delivers in 2-6 Business Days.


Please bear in mind that Delivery Date is determined by the Carrier and we are not responsible for delays in delivered caused by USPS or Fed-Ex. In fact USPS clearly states that Delivery Times are Not Guaranteed even if you Paid for Priority service: See Information. If you have a complaint due to a late delivery or missed delivery date caused by the Carrier, please contact them directly with your Tracking number. The phone numbers are: 1-800-ASK-USPS for First Class and Priority and 1-800-GO-FEDEX for Fed-Ex Ground. If you have any other questions please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

Delivery Confirmation:

Order total  < $200:

Orders totaling less than $200.00 by default are shipped with a Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation only, which will let you know Date and Time of Delivery.

If you'd like to add the Optional Signature Requirement service to your order for added security and to have to sign at the time of delivery and your order totals less than $200.00 please contact us at 877-592-0029 as soon as you've completed the checkout for your order so you may pay the additional $2.95 fee required for the service. If you do not Call or Email specifically requesting (and paying for) this additional service then you are agreeing to be bound by the information provided by the Tracking and Delivery Confirmation regarding the delivery of your package.

Orders totaling > $200:

All orders totaling more than $200.00 are automatically shipped with a Signature Requirement at no additional charge to you, for the security of your package. For the security of your package there are no exceptions on the Signature Requirement. If you or someone at your household is unable to sign for your package, generally Fed-Ex will leave a "Door Tag" which you can sign giving Fed-Ex permission to leave the package at your door next time. Or you can pick-it up at the nearest Fed-Ex Station. For USPS packages, if you're not able to sign for the package, they will leave a slip with your tracking number and you can retrieve your package from the nearest USPS office or visit their website to ask for Re-Delivery.

Multiple Shipments:

To ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible, the merchandise for orders with multiple items may be filled from several locations and items may arrive separately in different packages and on different dates. We do not charge you extra for split shipments. Our commitment to delivering you the best prices and service remain and as such Standard Shipping is still Free. If you've paid for one of the Expedited Faster Shipping (First Class, Priority or Fed-Ex) you will not incur any additional shipping charges under these circumstances, shipping prices have not increased and you still pay the same Low Expedited fee. 

Please note that you may notice that one invoice bills your Total amount and the next invoice has a total of $0.00. The invoice that has the Total Amount is the cost for All your merchanidize.  

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Orders are shipped to the address that appears on your receipt as the "Ship To" address. If you're paying using PayPal, your order will Only be shipped to the address that shows on your PayPal Receipt. All our shipping labels are automatically generated from the information you input at the time of checkout. To avoid any delays or issues with the delivery of your package, It is very important that you check the information you provide us with for accuracy. We kindly remind you that you are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address..

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Everyone at Innovacion Natural is here to insure that you have a Pleasant, Problem-Free Shopping experience. To avoid any delay or problems with the delivery of your package please make sure that you double-check that the Ship To address you've provided to us is accurate. Please note: You are responsible for the accuracy of the Shipping address. If you provide us with a wrong address, or incomplete address (missing apartment number, street, zip code etc.) and your package cannot be delivered, you will be responsible for any re-shipment costs associated. We will not be responsible for any lost packages due to being provided with the wrong shipping address. If you wish to cancel an order that is being returned due to a mistake in the address, there will be a 20% Restocking fee.

Returned Packages:

If your package is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect shipping address. (User error when entering the shipping information).
  • An Unclaimed Package (nobody was home to sign for it and it was never picked up at USPS or Fed-Ex).
  • A Refused package.


You will be issued a refund in accordance to our Return Policy. You'll be refunded the purchase price you paid minus a 20% Re-Stocking fee. If you'd like us to re-ship your package instead, you will have to cover all Shipping Charges. We are sorry but due to rising costs in shipping and to continue to provide the best service to all our customers, There are no exceptions..

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We ship each and every order with the utmost care and attention. However in the extremely rare instances where an item is damaged in transit or packed incorrectly we ask that you follow the following procedures: Please contact us at 1-877-592-0029 or by Email (Chat) within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on the information on your tracking number). If your order is damaged, please keep all the packing box and materials exactly as it arrived and document (take pictures of) the damage. Claims without proper damage documentation are automatically declined and we are unable to issue a Refund or Replacement for them. Please have your packing slip handy when contacting us regarding your order as there may be information on there that we need to ask you for.

Rest assured that your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We thank you for your cooperation in these situations.

Stolen Packages

Your satisfaction is very important to us and We are here to help you. While we do our best to assist you as best we can in every situation, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Stolen packages are defined as those where the tracking information and delivery confirmation clearly marked your package as successfully delivered, however they are not in your possession. This does not refer to packages where the tracking information does not indicate delivery. For the safety of your package, All orders totaling under $200.00 are sent with a Tracking number with Delivery Confirmation that shows day and time it was delivered. If you'd like the extra security of a Signature confirmation then please call 877-592-0029 as soon as you've paid for your order so you can request this additional service and pay the extra $2.95 fee. If you choose not to pay for this service, then you assume responsibility for this package upon delivery and you agree to abide by the information shown by the Tracking Number as stated on the Terms and Conditions you accept upon checkout.

For greater security, orders above $200.00 are automatically sent with Signature Requirement. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of a package, please contact us and we'll gladly provide you with the information.
